Questions from couriers
Do I need to be self-employed to use Adhoc?
Yes. Adhoc works with couriers registered as sole traders or limited companies. You choose which applies to you when you sign up and we ask for the matching details.
What kind of vehicle do I need?
A van. You register its size when you sign up, and you only see jobs that match the vehicle you registered.
How do I get paid?
Your earnings build up in your balance on the app as jobs are completed. Withdraw as little as £5 at a time and get paid within 1-2 working days.
What happens if I can't deliver every parcel?
Pay is calculated from the parcels you actually deliver.
Why do I scan a QR code at the depot?
The QR code confirms you have arrived. It changes every few seconds, so it can only be scanned on site.
